Scenario (Traveling Abroad): You collapse from a sudden heart attack. A passer by scans your R-AID card, instantly sharing your critical medical info with doctors and informing family— helping you get life-saving care in time.
INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
Purpose: Organize content and system structure based on research
MAPPING THE JOURNEY
Purpose: Show the step-by-step interaction path for different user types (doctor, paramedic, caregiver)
DOCTORS FLOW TO ACCESS THE LANDING PAGE OF THE APP.
This flow illustrates how a doctor interacts with the landing page when a patient shares their R-AID medical documents via WhatsApp.
