Zandu Packaging Design - Concept Directions

A strategic synthesis of structural explorations organized across three distinct design directions for the Emami Zandu pain relief range.

Conventional Design

Traditional jar and container forms that preserve the deeply familiar herbal balm heritage shapes. Built for strong brand recognition and seamless transition for legacy consumers.

DIRECTION 2

Enhanced Design

Ergonomically improved variations of classic containers. Introduces comfortable snap-fit caps, squared footprints, and premium rounded cushion details for a refined premium feel.

DIRECTION 3

Innovative Design

Bold, paradigm-shifting modern form factors. Features hygienic single-use ampules, twist-up tubes (similar to lipsticks), pen applicators, and sleek sliding shell outer packagings.

EXPLORATIONS & INITIAL IDEATIONS

Raw hand-drawn explorations, material thoughts, and physical mechanism mockups drafted during early workshops.
